CLAIRE + BLAKE - Artspace Wedding

You may remember this gorgeous couple from their rainy day engagement session. : ) Claire & Blake were married at All Saints Chapel in Raleigh, North Carolina, and had a SLAMMIN' celebration afterward at Artspace.

Just LOOK how much they love each other! It makes me so happy to see one of my friends find her match. Shooting this wedding was delightful, because everyone was SO sweet and SO on top of things. The day went flawlessly, and Claire & Blake make one beautiful couple!

Fun fact: During college, Claire and I studied abroad together in Sydney, Australia, and we took a darkroom class together at the College of Fine Arts of UNSW. It was during this time that I discovered my love of photography, and Claire shared that experience with me. So, shooting her and Blake's wedding holds an extra special place in my heart. : )

Thanks a ton to Nathan Clendenin of Cana Collective for helping me document this happy day!

Penny is such a cute pup!

Claire got Blake a really nice Armani watch, and he made sure to set it to their wedding date... the 12th!

These bridesmaids = gorgeous and fun!

Claire's grandfather officiated the ceremony, which made it extra meaningful for them.

This little boy was SO adorable riding on the trolley for pictures.

There were AWESOME dancers in this crowd!

Because I just got back from France and have zero time to write, I will save the gushfest about how much I love this couple (Beth is my cuz!) and get straight to the photos. I met up with Beth and Mark at Jetton Park in Cornelius, North Carolina and here are some of my faves! Can't wait for your wedding this November you guys! : )

Be prepared for a load of cuteness coming atcha! I had the opportunity and absolute pleasure to photograph the Walenczyk twins: Ryan and Zoe, who just hit their one year birthday in April. These cutie pies had some personality! To illustrate this point, I'm starting with a HILARIOUS photo where the twins were supposed to be looking out the window (shot requested by their dad because they do this often), and they both turned around and looked at me like, "who are YOU?!" I love it. Thanks to Christy and Jeff for allowing me some time with your adorable children! Enjoy these precious twins: Zoe's on the left, Ryan's on the right. : ) And Happy Mother's Day weekend to all the wonder moms out there!

If you follow this blog regularly, you'll remember this sweet girl from around 16 months ago:

Emma Grace now has a younger brother, and he's just as gorgeous!

I caught up with the Helms family again recently and got to meet their newest edition - Noah, who is five months old. Emma Grace is now 20 months old. How time flies! We enjoyed some time in the park in downtown Belmont, North Carolina. Thanks for a fun afternoon y'all! : )

Emma Grace LOOOOOOOVES to slide. It was so sweet to see such a huge smile light up on her face every time she went down.

How cute are their matching outfits?

Noah was straight up chillin' in his basket. Love it.

Their cousin, John Parks aka "Peezy" (love that nickname), stopped by for a few shots.

Meet the Pilkington family: John, Nichole, Laney and Tucker. : )

I had a blast hanging out with this fun family for a couple of hours in Belmont, North Carolina. John and Nichole are super photogenic and so are their precious children! Here are some of my favorites...

Nichole, you are hilarious.
