Meagan & Oscar were married on the first of June at the beautiful VanLandingham Estate in Charlotte, North Carolina. I love a quote from their invitation: "Together with their families .... invite you to share in the celebration as best friends become husband and wife."

Everything about this wedding was laid back and chic. It was threatening rain all afternoon, but no one was phased. After meeting Meagan and Oscar only once prior to their wedding (for their engagement shoot), I could tell this style of wedding complemented their personalities well. Nothing was fussy; everything and everybody was drama-free and a pleasure to photograph.

Dani and Steve-o (as I have always called them!) got married at the beautiful VanLandingham Estate in Charlotte, North Carolina in late September. The weather had everyone's stomachs in knots that day; it would look beautiful one minute and then thunder clouds would roll in the next. Thankfully the drizzles let up before the outside ceremony was set to start... and afterward, we found some delicious light for portraits!

On a more personal note, my heart is filled to the brim for these two. They are high school sweethearts and couldn't be more perfect for each other. I am so humbled to have been able to document their special day. Please enjoy some of my favorites from this AHHH-mazing wedding... from the details to Dani's rockin' dress to the people there... I loved everything about it. And to Dani & Steven: the "long-awaited party" was a KILLER one! : )
