OWEN NEWBORN - CHAPEL HILL, NC NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHER

Lifestyle newborn sessions are my jam. Relaxed, no stress. Just the family at home, getting some portraits while the baby is still itty bitty and your brain forgets to register what they look like in the first two weeks.

Feed if you need to feed. Change the diaper if you need to change the diaper. Get the toddler a snack or play with them outside if they aren't interested in posing for pictures (this almost always happens, and I'm happy to engage in play!). Parents, I know you're sleep deprived and you'll not feel super excited about being in front of a camera. BUT. I always look back on my at-home newborn sessions that I did with my babies, and I'm SO grateful that I did the pictures!

I was so happy to get to take some photos of newborn Owen during his first days at home. His adorable big brother Connor seesawed between looking out for "package trucks!" and showering him with attention. It was wonderful! D + J, hope y'all are getting some rest. :)
